This page covers halyard.r2rlabs.com as it stands today: a page describing a product in development, with a waitlist. When Halyard itself opens, trading will have its own terms and this page will be replaced by something longer. We will say so here when that happens.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you type it into the waitlist form.
• Whether you told us you are in the United States, so we only send you news about lessons and practice. Real trading is not offered there.

That is all. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies on this site. We do not ask for your name, your country or a wallet address, and you do not need an account to read anything here.

What we do with it

Two emails, and nothing else:

• One when practice mode opens, which is free and needs no deposit.
• One before real trading opens.

We do not sell, rent or share your address. We do not pass it to advertisers or partners. If we ever want to email you about something else, we will ask first.

Who else sees it

• Our email provider, Hostinger, which runs mail for r2rlabs.com and therefore stores messages we send and receive.
• The form service that receives the waitlist entry. [NAME THE SERVICE ONCE IT IS CONNECTED, AND LINK ITS PRIVACY POLICY.]
• Our web host, which keeps ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period for security and abuse handling.

Fonts on this page load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request, including your IP address. If that matters to you, a browser blocking extension stops it, and the page still works.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and we delete the list. If you unsubscribe, we remove your address rather than keeping a suppression list.

Your choices

• Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
• Write to hello@r2rlabs.com and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. We will do it and confirm.
• Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including with a local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Mail from r2rlabs.com is signed and authenticated (SPF, DKIM and DMARC set to reject), so mail that pretends to be us should be rejected before it reaches you. We will never email asking you to send funds, share a seed phrase or connect a wallet. If you receive such a message, it is not from us: report it to security@r2rlabs.com.
